High School Boys Football registraion deadline is Thursday, 7/31 (Practice begins 8/4)

What do you need for registration? 

1. A new registration portal will open up on July 1st. Our registration portal company is changing from Rschools to Arbiter. There will be a new link, and families will need to fill out a new profile.

2. The NEW 2024-2025 CHSAA Physical Form (dated within the last 365 days) is required for 2025-2026 moving forward. It is the parent's responsibility to upload physicals. Physicals previously on file will not be uploaded. If a physical expires at any point during a season, a new/valid one must be uploaded by the parent, to ensure continuous and uninterrupted participation.  *Please only upload Page 4 of the CHSAA Physical Form with these words at the top of the page "SUBMIT THIS MEDICAL ELIGIBILITY FORM TO THE SCHOOL"

3. Register through Arbiter Registration 

4. Wait for an email with the status updated. Your registration will be marked pending until an admin emails you with your clearance or asking for more information.

5. Athletic fees must be paid at the time of registration

Physical Examinations 

Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination on file in the Activities office before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and uploaded prior to the first day of practice/tryouts. Completed physicals MUST be uploaded in “Step 4: Physical Forms” of the online registration form. 

Athletic Payment 

Athletic fees must be paid at the time of registration

HS Athletic Fee - $225 (HS Football - $325)
MS Athletic Fee - $175 (MS Football - $275)

*There is an additional $100 fee per sport for student-athletes not enrolled full-time at Flatirons Academy.
